The vineyard spans across 15 hectares, including 6 Grands Crus and 4 Lieux-dits, each offering their unique qualities. Jean-Christophe Bott ensures low yields, focusing on quality over quantity. In the cellars, vinification is conducted in the most natural and minimalist manner, bringing the uniqueness of each terroir into the wines.
