Charles Heidsieck, Rosé Réserve, Non-vintage

Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve hails from the prestigious house founded in Reims in 1851. The house's dedication to quality, consistency, and complexity is evident in every bottle produced.

This sparkling rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. A significant contribution from reserve wines, often over 20% of the blend, adds depth and maturity to this wine.

The structure and power come from the Pinot Noir, the elegance and finesse from Chardonnay, and the softness and fruitiness from Pinot Meunier. A dash of red wine from Pinot Noir imparts a distinctive pink hue and additional red fruit flavors.

Produced from first-press juices only, the Rosé Réserve undergoes a slow and long maturation process of 3 to 4 years, exceeding regional norms. This careful attention results in an unconventional and distinctive character.

The wine presents a refined, powdery pink color with radiant wild rose glints. The vivacious bubbles are a product of over 48 months of aging.

The nose reveals a complex bouquet of fresh red fruits like strawberries and raspberries combined with vineyard peaches. Warm notes of gingerbread add a velvety touch.

The palate experiences a powerful burst of strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry nestled in whipped cream.

Whether paired with seafood, white meat, or red fruit desserts, or enjoyed as an aperitif or on its own, Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve offers a complex experience to be savored.
