Fan D.Oro is a unique and exceptional white wine produced by Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro. Though Ribera del Duero is best known for its robust red wines, primarily made from the Tempranillo grape, Fan D.Oro demonstrates the versatility and skill of the winemakers at Arzuaga.

Fan D.Oro is made entirely from Chardonnay, and the grapes are harvested from a small parcel of vines on the Arzuaga estate.

In terms of the winemaking process, Fan D.Oro is fermented and aged in French oak barrels. This lends the wine a complexity and depth of flavor that complements the natural characteristics of the Chardonnay grape.

On the nose, Fan D.Oro presents aromatic notes of ripe tropical fruits, such as pineapple and mango, along with citrus notes and hints of vanilla and toasted oak from the barrel aging. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, with a creamy texture balanced by a refreshing acidity. The flavors typically mirror the nose, with the addition of subtle mineral notes. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering impression of fruit and oak.

Pairing-wise, Fan D.Oro's rich and complex profile makes it a great match for a variety of dishes, including poultry, creamy pastas, and seafood. It can also stand up to some richer dishes and mature cheeses.
