However, under the stewardship of the eighteenth Lord of the House of Rubianes, Don Gonzalo Ozores de Urcola, the vineyard was reborn in the nineties of the last century. Starting with a modest 6 hectares, the vineyard has blossomed to cover a sprawling 25 hectares today. The Pazo de Rubianes Winery is a testament to the resilience and innovation of its founders. Its wines are the result of a harmonious blend of traditional and modern winemaking techniques, reflecting the rich history and unique terroir of the estate.
